At Dazzlinns, we are dedicated to providing exceptional shipping services to our customers. This shipping policy applies to all products in the Dazzlinns online store.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery of your package, please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all necessary details. Proper abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are essential for ensuring successful delivery. Dazzlinns is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

1. Order Confirmation

After placing an order on the website, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of the order.

2. Order Handle

Order handling  generally takes 1-3 working days (Mon - Fri). Please note that order handling time may be affected by the stock status of individual products, national holidays and other factors. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping costs

We will charge the shipping fee according to the total amount of your order. When the total amount of the order is less than $89, customers need to pay $6.99 shipping fee for standard shipping method, and when the total amount of the order is more than or equal to $89, customers need to pay no shipping fee for free shipping method.

4. Order Delivery

Our orders will be shipped for you through a third party logistics company. Orders will be shipped within 5-10 working days (Mon - Fri) to the address you have entered in your order. We offer two shipping methods: standard shipping and free shipping. Our order handling system automatically matches the best delivery logistics based on the order address, product size, weight and other factors. If the order address contains "PO Box", our system will review and judge. If the selected delivery logistics cannot deliver to the address containing "PO Box", the order will be regarded as an abnormal order and our customer service staff will contact you to change the address or cancel the order.

Delivery Time is the sum of order handling time and Transit time, if you order our products, is 1-3 working days (Mon - Fri) for handling and then 5-10 working days (Mon - Fri) for Transit. Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 6-13 working days (Mon - Fri).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you can track the status of your order shipment yourself. After your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you that your package has shipped and providing you with an order tracking number. You can check for order shipping status updates within 1-3 working days (Mon - Fri) of receiving the email.  If you need help checking the shipping status of your order, please email us at service@Dazzlinns.com and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you.

6. Note for taxes:
Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). 

7. Causes of delay

Tracking updates can be delayed when the following force majeure event happens:

  • Bad weather reasons (heavy rain/tornado/flood/earthquake, etc.)
  • Local reasons such as strikes, statutory holidays, major international conferences, etc.
  • Shortage of peak season flights & personnel and other local reasons
